This sale will go down in history as ‘remember that sale where the lady chased the cars?’ Yes….. a legend has been born folks.

The reason we love what we do is that every sale is completely different!!!  We love all sorts of sales – sure we adore the million dollar fare, but give me a good sale out in the middle of a country road with a crazy lady who lives in the trailer who chased cars cussing and spitting up a storm and boom – you have our Warrior Sale.

Think of the worst things that could happen in the middle of the country on a dirt road…. think Deliverance kind of things only no pigs or squealing.  EXACTLY.  You come up with our merry customers are happily heading to our sale when they come to a point in the road where a trailer is on the left and a lady is chasing you spitting cursing and telling you to turn around and go the other way.  You floor it leaving her far behind in the rear view mirror – finally arriving to the sale (that was a long dirt road wasn’t it?!) with everyone telling tall tales of the crazy lady in the trailer.  Witnessed by the masses.  cobb co yard sale

cp9Good Morning and Merry Christmas from Kimy and all the crew at Birmingham Estate Sales!!! 

Holiday season is completely enchanting —  we truly hope and wish you are with family and friends celebrating the season.  

Alabama is a beautiful place during the holidays. Birmingham especially has the magic of lights, celebration and joy throughout the land!

I always feel a bit caged once the day is through – I recommend taking a pleasant drive to Cheahaw State Park!  It’s a nice easy stroll from Birmingham.  Let the kids walk up to the highest point and look out over our lovely state.   Crisp mountain air and maybe lunch at the lodge – you’ll feel like you’ve taken a nice trip within a short distance from the city!

OR!!! Try this!!! I’m a huge movie buff – remember the movie Big Fish — the movie set is still standing from the imaginary city of Spectre AL … click HERE for a nice article on the subject.   You can put it in your GPS as well and it will take you right to it!

Of course there’s always the movies!!!  I saw Mary Queen of Scots (brilliant and lovely to see).   Also Aquaman – which isn’t my movie genre at all — but my 22 year old son wanted to see it…. so I suffered (NOT) through  Jason Momoa who is quite the site I must say.  Ahem.

*Keep our sales orderly! Do not ‘dump’ items out of things, if you move something put it back!

BE RESPECTFUL to one another — it’s just ‘stuff’.  No need to be ugly or rude to another customer. If we feel you continue to have aggressive behavior or don’t use your ‘MANNERS’ we will ask you to leave.

PETS pictured are complete photo-bombs.  We do not sell pets.  We enjoy taking pictures of them because we love the furries!

All LARGE items are priced, and smaller ones of significant monetary value.  All smaller items are priced in a ‘group’ pricing.  Make a stack of all items at check out and we will give you a price on your group of items.  Happy Treasure Hunting! Woot Woot!

**Parking — Can only park on ONE side of the street ONLY!  Park on side of street that house is located on.  Do not block driveways or mailboxes please.  Thanks!

ALL SALES FINAL

WE accept CASH, CHECKS ($30 returned bank fee), Plastic (Debit/Credit) – additional 3% fee on all credit cards.  You can choose how to pay.  

*Because of the many people who attend our sales, questions re: individual items are very hard to answer —- just come to the sale!

We accept CASH/CREDIT – Debit run as credit (add 3% on all cards)

Come prepared to take your items home SAME DAY.

For insurance purposes, staff members are not able to carry heavy/large items for you.

You must arrange for your own people to carry/load/deliver your items.

We price ‘to sell’ first day and throughout the length of the sale.

We have the ‘right’ to go through any bags you bring into the sale.

Birmingham Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents nor is the home owner. You enter at your own risk, and in doing this, we have no liability for injury or damage to your or any items on you.

**Children must remain with parents at ALL times. We will tag those small people, give them a puppy a double espresso and send them on their way!

Bring bags/totes/boxes/newspapers for wrapping —  to help with your items.  We do not provide these.

If we SELL OUT of items before end of sale time, we will close the sale down early.
