Duncan Phyfe style is a very specific taste.  I happen to like many of Duncan Phyfe styles.  Furniture is a very personal taste.  I get many clients who have Duncan Phyfe pieces that have been passed down from prior generations and they feel guilty for not feeling attached to the pieces even though they are family heirlooms. Life is too short to keep something because of ‘guilty’ (that’s a very Southern trait by the way – lol).  I tell people to sell it to someone who will ‘appreciate’ and love the piece.  Screw guilt.
